Are orders delivered for free?
Yes, your order is always free within the Netherlands.
At Discountershop.nl all orders within the Netherlands are sent for free. If you order before 5 pm on a working day, your order will be sent the same day.

Are you not at home at the time of delivery? Then PostNL will deliver the package to your neighbors. If delivery to the neighbors fails, the package will be offered to you again the next day.
1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to cancel the agreement within 30 days without giving any reason. This period starts on the day following receipt of the product by the consumer or a previously designated by the consumer and the entrepreneur announced representative.
2. During this period, the consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Discountershop.
3. Clothing and shoes are not worn and the label is still attached (as far as possible).
Items that you cannot return:
- Gift vouchers and cards
- Software subscriptions / products
- Products that are not suitable for being returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and for which the seal has been broken
- Audio, video recordings and computer software whose seal has been broken
- Digital articles; ebooks and games
How do I return my items?
Returns are free within The Netherlands. We charge € 10.99 For returns from Belgium and € 12.95 from the rest of Europe. We would like to receive a signal so that we can ensure a quick refund. That is why every return shipment starts in your account: Log in, go to your order and report your item for return. You will receive an e-mail with all the information regarding your return. For large and heavy items we come and collect them from you.
- Save your proof of shipment. That way we can track your shipment if something goes wrong.
- Return multiple items? Then everything is possible in 1 box. We love that! Put every return label in the box.
- Does it not fit in 1 box? No problem. Mention the address and return number on each box, then we will match them in our warehouse.
You can also return via the model form for returns.
What is the return address?
You will automatically receive the correct return address for your item during your return notification. We have multiple addresses and this way you will always automatically get the right address. You never have to search that way.
What if I cannot print the return label?
Grab your best pen and write the return address with the return number on your return package. It should be readable with the naked eye.
Can I still cancel my return notification?
Of course, you can always change your mind. Have you made a collection appointment? Let our customer service know something. Then we ensure that the courier does not come by.
In all other cases you don't have to do anything. Except paying for your order if you had not already done so ...
How do I know if you have received my return shipment?
That's very simple: we'll let you know. We will email you as soon as your return has been processed. Usually that is within 5 working days after you have sent it back.
How quickly is a return processed?
Usually within 5 working days after you send it. We will keep you informed via e-mail. Once your return has been processed, we will refund you.
How soon will I be refunded after I have returned?
We will refund you immediately as soon as we have processed your return shipment. We have processed most returns within 5 working days after they have been returned. How quickly the money is in your account after that depends on your payment method:
Maestro, Bancontact or afterwards: within 5 working days
Credit card: within 5 working days
iDEAL: within 3 working days
