Are orders delivered for free?
Yes, your order is always free within the Netherlands.
At Discountershop.nl all orders within the Netherlands are sent for free. If you order before 23:59 pm on a working day, your order will be sent the same day.

Who is the carrier?
Your packages will be delivered through our courier partners; PostNL and DHL. Apart from them, we have our own logistics and courier service who may deliver your packages.
Do you receive a track and trace code?
Yes, we will provide you with a track and trace in your registered email ID.
What does the carrier do if the customer is not at home when the delivery is made? Will the article again offered, delivered to the neighbours or left at a collection point?
Are you not at home at the time of delivery? Then PostNL or DHL will deliver the package to your neighbors. If delivery to the neighbors fails, the package will be offered to you again the next day. What is the delivery time?
If you order products before 23.59, your order will be delivered to you in the next day. This is applicable for the residents of The Netherlands only.
For other countries, you will be notified through your registered email ID, as per the availability of our delivery partner. In general, we take about 2-5 days for all deliveries within the EU.
Right to Withdrawal
You have the right, within a period of 14 days, without giving reasons cancel the agreement. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via an unequivocal statement (for example in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) to withdraw from the agreement. How do I return my items?
Returns are free within The Netherlands. We charge € 10.99 For returns from Belgium and € 13.95 from the rest of Europe. We would like to receive a signal so that we can ensure a quick refund. That is why every return shipment starts in your account: Log in, go to your order and report your item for return. You will receive an e-mail with all the information regarding your return. For large and heavy items we come and collect them from you.
- Save your proof of shipment. That way we can track your shipment if something goes wrong.
- Return multiple items? Then everything is possible in 1 box. We love that! Put every return label in the box.
- Does it not fit in 1 box? No problem. Mention the address and return number on each box, then we will match them in our warehouse.

What if I cannot print the return label?
Grab your best pen and write the return address with the return number on your return package. It should be readable with the naked eye.
Can I still cancel my return notification?
Of course, you can always change your mind. Have you made a collection appointment? Let our customer service know something. Then we ensure that the courier does not come by.
In all other cases you don't have to do anything. Except paying for your order if you had not already done so ...
How do I know if you have received my return shipment?
