This kickstand is suitable only for bicycles with a KSA-style direct-mount kickstand fitting on the rear part of the frame. This means the bike must have a flat mounting plate on the rear chainstay/frame with two threaded mounting holes. The kickstand is designed to be attached directly to the frame using two screws.

Before ordering, please check the following:

1. Your bicycle must have a flat rear-frame kickstand mounting plate.
2. The frame must have two threaded mounting holes. The supplied screws must be able to tighten directly into the bike frame.
3. The mounting point must be suitable for a KSA-style direct-mount system, such as KSA 18 / KSA 40 or a similar two-hole direct-mount fitting.
4. There must be enough space around the rear chainstay so the kickstand can sit flat and firmly against the frame.
5. The frame shape at the mounting point must be flat enough for direct installation. This kickstand is not designed to clamp around a round frame tube.

This kickstand is suitable for many 16–24 inch children’s bikes, compact e-bikes, folding bikes, city bikes, transport bikes and compact mountain bikes, but only when the bicycle has the correct rear-frame mounting system. Wheel size alone does not guarantee compatibility. The frame mounting type is the most important requirement.

Not suitable for:

Bicycles with two holes without threading, bicycles that require a separate bolt-and-nut fastening system, bicycles without a flat rear mounting plate, bicycles with a round or curved frame tube at the mounting point, bicycles that require a clamp-on kickstand around the frame, or bicycles that need a curved/grooved kickstand support to clear the frame tube.
