- Press your thighs against the Ring and push your feet up, lifting your hips off the floor.
- Hold this position for 5 seconds and then lower your hips.

Exercise 4: Core Twist (Core Muscles)
- Sit up straight with your knees bent and your feet firmly on the floor.
- Hold the Pilates Ring with both hands in front of your chest, elbows slightly out.
- Slowly rotate your upper body to the right while tightening your abs and keeping your back straight.
- Return to the center and then turn to the left.
- Repeat this exercise 10 times on each side to strengthen your core muscles and define your waist.
