Return & Warranty Conditions for Business Customers (B2B)

B2B Right of Return

All orders placed by business customers (B2B) with Discountershop are considered final and cannot be cancelled or returned, unless explicitly agreed in writing with Discountershop.

• Returns are only accepted with prior written approval from Discountershop.

• All return shipments must be sent carriage paid (at the customer’s expense) to our designated return address.

• Returns without written authorization will not be processed.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

A return request will only be considered under the following conditions:

1. In case of an incorrect delivery (items different from those stated on the invoice or packing slip).

2. In case of proven transport damage during shipping.

The customer must report such damage or error within 48 hours of receipt in writing, providing clear photographic evidence. Only timely and documented claims will be processed.

Condition of Returned Products

To qualify for a refund or credit, products must meet the following requirements:

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

• Products that are opened, used, incomplete, or damaged do not qualify for a full refund.

Discountershop reserves the right to refuse returns or provide only a partial refund depending on the condition of the returned goods.

Restocking Fee (Administration Costs)

For every accepted return, Discountershop reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of at least 25% of the invoice value.
This fee covers administrative processing, inspection, and handling costs related to the return.

B2B Warranty Conditions

Discountershop guarantees that all delivered products comply with the agreed product specifications and meet standard quality requirements for business-to-business transactions.

Exclusions:

• No additional guarantees are provided, such as fitness for a particular purpose or use.

• Liability for indirect damages, consequential loss, or lost profits is expressly excluded.
