Are orders delivered for free?
Yes, your order is always free within the Netherlands.
At Discountershop.nl all orders within the Netherlands are sent for free. If you order before 23:59 pm on a working day, your order will be sent the same day.

Which carriers do we use?
We ship via trusted partners PostNL and DHL. For faster and secure deliveries, we also rely on our in-house delivery service.
Do you receive a Track & Trace code?
Yes, every order comes with a Track & Trace number sent to your registered email. This way you can easily follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.
What if you’re not at home?
If you’re not at home at the time of delivery:
PostNL or DHL may deliver the package to your neighbors.
If that’s not possible, they will try again the next day or leave it at a pick-up point.
You will always be informed by email with your delivery status.

FAQ
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You cannot change an order once it has been placed.
However, you can cancel your order, and the paid amount will be automatically and quickly refunded. This applies to all orders with free shipping within the Netherlands and international deliveries.
How can I change my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address in your account before the order has been shipped.
Please note: once the package is being processed or is in transit, the address can no longer be changed. This applies to both standard and express delivery.
Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?
Yes, customers in the Netherlands and Belgium can choose to pick up their order directly from our warehouse.
Please contact us in advance via phone, chat, or email so we can prepare your order for collection. This is especially useful if you need your order urgently.
What happens if my order is delayed?
Orders may be delayed during peak seasons, holidays, or transportation strikes.
Don’t worry – we will make sure your order is delivered as soon as possible. You will always receive a Track & Trace update by email. For the latest updates, you can also follow our blog with news on shipping and delays.
Do you deliver to parcel lockers or pick-up points?
Currently, we do not ship to parcel lockers or pick-up points.
If you have a special requirement, please contact us so we can find a suitable solution.
Are there extra costs for large or heavy orders?
No, we do not charge extra shipping costs for large or heavy orders.
Please note that return costs are always at the customer’s expense, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
How does shipping work during holidays?
Shipping during holidays can be very busy, and delays are more common.
We recommend that you place your order well in advance and ensure that someone is available to receive the package.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be present at the time of delivery.
